I really like this one with the birch trees. It makes me see them in a different way -- which is what good art does!

This is SO interesting. It's another one of your pieces that I'd love to see in person, because the photograph doesn't do it justice. I'm also intrigued by the title--there must be a story there!

I wish there was a picture of this looking straight at it. It's at my house and I'm very lucky! It's awesome.

Lydia, this is absolutely gorgeous. I love things that transition from one hue to another. I would love to see the actual painting sometime!

Timmy? There must be a story there...And I totally agree with your Artist Statement!! I'm loving this 7th grade art teacher and her commitment to get her students' art out in the world for people to see.

Love. I love everything about this from the L on the poofball of the hat to the sweet and serene look on her face. I can hear kids singing Jingle Bells in my head, and suddenly, I am in the Christmas spirit. Although I still believe it is a little early for that, I'll take it! My heart is smiling. Thank you!

Your picture made me laugh! I like the banana smile. For some reason, the ears made me think of pizza, even tho I'll bet they're watermelon. Thanks for sharing!

Wow! Lydia what great work for the Holidays! I love the colors you used and putting "Frosty" in the front adds so much depth and dimension. I like the way the trees get larger as they come closer to Frosty...so much like real life. Keep up the good work and keep enjoying the process of creating your masterpieces. love, peace and joy, judi
