Great colors, design and balance in this abstract. It looks like the view of a crazy town from an airplane. I really like this piece!

What a great way to show positive and negative spaces, along with symmetry! Uncle Ed and Auntie Shell could tell you a lot about how symmetry is used in building design inside and out. I see you using symmetry in your Lego projects. There's a lot of symmetry in math, too. Your pumpkin makes me smile : )

Just in time for Halloween, Charlie! Hope I don't see any of these monsters trick or treating!!

The colors are so bright in your drawing. I bet the watercolor pencils were easier than paintbrushes. Looks like your monsters are getting ready for Halloween!

You did a great job showing the shadows of the skaters on the ice. They look like they are having fun and not cold at all. The skater on the right with the red hair reminds me of Gabe. Nice work on this, Charlie!

I love this art work! It reminds me of what I can see outside our living room window at night during the winter. The dark sky and the white snow makes all the trees look like silhouettes. On windy nights you can hear the waves of Lake Michigan on the beach.

Charlie - You did such a great job on the "perspective" in this print..that means the closer pumpkins are larger than the pumpkins far away. The sky reminds me of what we see over Lake Michigan on a clear night. Well done!

Hi Charlie! Don't you just love the fall! It is such a beautiful time of year. Looking at this picture make me want to get a pumpkin and make a jack-o-lantern! Great work!

This picture makes me smile! Ladybugs are one of my favorite insects because they eat the bugs that hurt my plants. But I have never met a grouchy one!

Charlie - These cardinals sure make me smile. We have a mother and father cardinal visit our birdfeeder each morning. Maybe they will soon have little ones!

How vivid the blue is in your sky! The wonderful colors in your picture make me long for some snow during this grey, brown, and snowless winter. Thanks for sharing your picture with Guy Tim and I.
