Great creativity in coming up with an object that starts with the letter "K", Nick! KFC chicken! I wouldn't have thought of that. I like your use of color - the bold red of the umbrella contrasts with the blue sky and the white space which focuses the eye on the nickels and chicken drumsticks. Did you pick nickels b/c it sounds similar to Nicholas? I also like the clean lines – must be the engineer in me! :) Hmm, your art project has got me going. What objects would I pick for my initials??? Let’s see… maybe a Kangaroo, peeking out from a Tent with an Umbrella in his hand? He’s checking to see when the storm might end and he can go exploring outside. :) -- Karen
