Dear Katie, I like your mask. I want you to tell me about how you made it. It's a great art piece, created, fired, and glazed. Could you tell how it would look before firing it? It's wonderful to see how talented you are in so many ways. Love, Grammie

Katie - I really enjoyed watching the film! I hope it has an impact on viewers of art at your school. That's why there's often a line on the floor at the Art Institute --- to remind visitors not to get too close to the art! I especially loved seeing how they filmed you and your fried riding the horse! Love you! Aunt Rosemary

Katie - This is a wonderful portrait! Have you ever heard someone say they don't know how to draw? I'll bet they can't play the harmonica either! I like thinking we are all artists --- we just need direction --- like someone who wanted to be able to play a harmonica! And some artists are better than others, but that doesn't mean they aren't artistic. You are doing so well with your artwork --- i hope you always find that creating makes you happy. much love, Great Aunt Rosemary
