You were way too tough on youself about this picture. I like the ragged edges of the leaves, it gives the picture motion. I especially like the shade of blue you chose for the background color. I enjoy looking at this picture. -- Wendy

Connor, i absolutely love this picture. I had no idea you were so talented. I take an art course and this is the type of art we are learning about. Your use of shading is wonderful. The worms are all squirms and wiggles just as worms are but this is your interpretation of them. Keep up the great work. You have a talent for this -- Grandma jane

Connor, I really like the bold colors on either side! The blue sky background is varied and beautiful; it supports your foreground images well and gives a real sense of depth. That is difficult to do in a flat painting. A very nice piece of work! Send more! Grandpa Gregg -- Gregg
