Garrett, we loved the forground vs background effects. Sometimes the background looked like a map and then sometimes, like an elephant with a huge green/blue ear. What fun this is. Love you, Pap-Pap and Gammie

How beautiful, Garrett. Love the color - a yellow that boarders just on a light lime green. The geometrics (tootsie roll in the center [rather celtic] with horizontal orientations on the sides) flow nice together too! Love you, sweetheart. Gammie and Pap-Pap

Sparkle Plenty! Loved the red pointsetta (Christmas Flower); the Golden Swirel from some unknown galaxy where the Holy Night of Christmas began; and what appears to be a green holly tree with red grass from dropped holly berries! Lovely for the Christmas Season! Gammie and Pap-Pap Ed.

Garrett, we lovee the button man (as we call him). Reminds us of one of the paintings/prints we just saw the othe day. It was by the artist Henri Matisse called Restoration (we think the name is correct!). Anyway, the colors for many of the forms were much like yours. It was a still life but we could see pieces of your art in it (Grandparents visions!). Keep up the good work, love. Someday we will see you in one of the New York Art Galleries. All our love all the time. Pap-Pap Ed and Gammie

Garrett, what a sparkling cat. Love the eyes - the background contrast makes them large and Pap-Pap says spooky and loveable at the same time! Of course the paws make him playful too. Anxious for your next piece - Pap-Pap says maybe it will be a squirrel drawing!!! Love you, Gammie and Pap-Pap Ed

We are sitting here with our mouths open at the simplicity and beauty of this wintery sceen, Garrett! What beauty comes from within our Grandson! We love the birds and and the way the snow lies on top of the barren branches and of course always how well you fill the entire canvas!! Pap-Pap said we are glad the birds are candinals and not ravens (LOL)!!!!

Wow, Garrett this is a bear made for lots of loving. We could just reach out and give him a huge hug! Loved the contrasts you made in his fur - the hairs sticking out and the accent around his mouth and nose. His appears to be a rough little thing. That's why we like how you depicted him in your drawing. Sam and Sillia are here with us and they loved him to. They told us they sure could get lost in his fur - they would be really warm! Thanks for sharing this with us. Gammy and Pap-Pap

Hi, Garrett! Gammie and Pap-Pap love your impression of Fruit Still Life. That's the title under the art work. This is how we see it: The Steelers are on the top and the Ravens, on the bottom and inbetween is a hot pepper! The hot pepper represents the energy field existing between these two fprces. Thought you would like to know how we see your work. Once again we love the way your fill the entire space on your canvas! Your Fans, Pap-Pap and Gammie
