Colin: I love your work. I like the sharp colors. I also like how sometimes there is alot of energy and movement. But some other times I see strong patterns. Keep exploring in your artwork.

Did you name this work? It looks to me like a tile for a gourmet kitchen, or a rug for in front of a fireplace you could lie on and watch the logs burn.

I love the colors and I especially love the penguin! You'll have to explain some of the picture to me. Are some of the objects clothes on a line (looks like pants!) and I'm not sure what is up in the sky - but I like the colors. Well done.

Since we haven't had much snow this year, it is nice to see you invited penguin and snow man into your artwork to have a home. They look happy. Are they worried about anything dropping on their heads? Nice colors and composition. You show great scenes that makes me want to make a long story out of what is seen. Thanks for sharing the fun. the fish look like they are having fun...the people not so much. The colors are good choices Am I seeing snails and turtles and crabs enjoying their day?

I love the colors and all the different kind of fish. Some of them look like ice cream cones. Yum. Is that a big fish swallowing a person in the middle of your picture? I hope it isn't anyone we know and that they got out okay. Great picture.

Very cool way to make paint have texture using sandpaper. It is far better than stepping in it with your sneakers or cleats. Is making shapes harder??? Nice experiment. Have fun with it.

It looks like you have a whole big New York City in this work. Soon I will have to pick one for a famous artist coffee cup. There is so much to chose from, that will be hard.

I love your colors! The picture looks like houses in a big city, maybe like we see from the train. You are so talented. xxoo Grandma

Oooo Colin. These are some of my favorite colors! I like the design, too. The big pink object reminds me of a shell at the beach and the design on the left reminds me of a musical clef. How clever you are! xxoo

. Everything you put into the picture has a special space and form of it's own without interfering with the next. Very, very cool. I think you have magic fingers.

I love sunsets (much better than sunrises when you have to get up early! Your sunset with the trees in front is so splendid. Maybe you ought to think about being an artist when you grow up. xxoo Grandma Ellie

Colin. What a sensational picture. This actually reminds me of Texas sunsets with all the different landscapes in one view. It is so well done. Thanks for sending it. Kay

Colin, Very nice work. It is easy to see how much time and patience you put into this first published artwork. These snowmen will never melt or get gray. Kay

Your first piece in the gallery! Congratulations, Colin. I love all the snowflakes. And I love how the snowmen seem to be friends. Love, Mom
