Very good! I am truly impressed. You are a handsome devil!

AND you did it on the left side which is difficult. Good Job!
-- Mom
Posted 9 years ago
All these years of artwork really paid off on your final creation! Very well done.
-- Mom
Posted 9 years ago
I didn't know you did this too.
-- Mom
Posted 9 years ago
This is the same color as Uncle Jack's masterpiece in Grammy and Pop's cabinet. This looks more useful than his.
-- Mom
Posted 9 years ago
I am pleasantly surprised! Is this Spanky....the bad penguin?
-- Mom
Posted 9 years ago
Hard to believe that this is your last year of doing this project with all the grades! Did you do the ink part this year. I like the "dolphin" and I see the person's feet behind the yellow block. You should have given faces to the seals on the bottom and the cat!
-- Mom
Posted 10 years ago
Kind of crazy colors for a snowman. Actually I think if it got cold enough it would shatter, tho'. I dropped one of the ice cream cakes when the freezer was about 30 below zero and it shattered into 5 or6 pieces. You never know!
-- Jane
Posted 10 years ago
Actually, this is visually pleasing. A step up from your other art projects. I love the colors.
-- Mom
Posted 10 years ago
Glue, ruler, tape and scissors. Neat!
Posted 10 years ago
Are those nutcrackers playing baseball? What is this all about?
Posted 10 years ago
Another one of those interesting "works of art". Your teacher really finds different things to do. Keep up the good work!
-- Jane
Posted 10 years ago
AAAAAHHHHH! Those bug eyes are very scary....actually CREEPY! Where are your arms?
-- Mom
Posted 10 years ago
You look like a muppet! Where is your nose?
-- Mom
Posted 10 years ago
I bet you never want to see or eat another DOT candy again! You did a great job!
Posted 10 years ago
You did a great job on that! It really looks authentic.
-- Jane
Posted 10 years ago
You probably never want to eat or see another DOTS candy again. You did a great job!
-- Mom
Posted 10 years ago
I never would have recognized you....but the people Picasso painted never looked like anyone either. At least you can tell yours is a person. I'm sure Pops would LOVE the orange background.
-- Jane
Posted 11 years ago
It looks somewhat like a Picasso but not sure if I would pay thousands for it.
-- Mom
Posted 11 years ago
I hope your shirt says FITCH!
-- Mom
Posted 11 years ago
That is so funny. Sure brings an old picture up to date! You certainly have a variety of artwork.
-- Jane
Posted 11 years ago
A perfect match!
-- Mom
Posted 11 years ago
I like the colors. I may see some sort of face with eyes closed.
-- Mom
Posted 11 years ago
This really looks like it is coming towards you. Cool!
-- Mom
Posted 11 years ago
I see you're learning to draw perspective. That can get to be interesting. Nice work. Love, Grammy
-- Jane
Posted 11 years ago
Hi Logan You're really getting very good at this art thing. Have you ever been to Pennsylvania Dutch country to see Hex signs? They are very colorful just like yours. Great Job!!
-- Auntie Karen
Posted 11 years ago
We used to do something called spirograph. Very similar but ours was much more colorful. Work on that, will ya?
-- Mom
Posted 11 years ago
hmmm - there's an awful lot of different shapes inside of a simple circle... looks a bit like a view through a kaleidoscope ...
-- Dad
Posted 11 years ago
I love the pattern and colors you used. I can see how this was probably very difficult.
-- Mom
Posted 12 years ago
thats cool you did a really great job! You were the blue right? keep up the great work
-- Guess Who
Posted 12 years ago
I guess 6th grade did the dark blue pieces. I see you added an L for your initial. It looks like the girl is wearing a bikini, doesn't it?
-- Mom
Posted 12 years ago
I like it Logan!! Lots of critters in that picture. Who is the very happy lady in the picture? Mom?
-- Auntie Karen
Posted 12 years ago
Is that a picture of me? great design!
-- linda
Posted 12 years ago
Logan Wow.....that took a lot of careful thought. What a great job. It reminds me of a stained glass window.
-- Auntie Karen
Posted 12 years ago
Boy, that took a lot of careful work. very interesting and decorative. You artists certainly have been busy. Love, Grammy
-- Jane
Posted 12 years ago
You can't see it here but I like how the different colors of the sand are actually full sheets of construction paper with the top cut to give it a layered look.
-- Mom
Posted 12 years ago
Very psychedelic! Look it up!
-- Mom
Posted 12 years ago
Hey Logan, That is a REALLY cool pattern. I can picture that framed and hanging in a technical building or a fancy doctors office. Very cool.

Nice idea to have a quilt of your favorite things. Maybe I should make one, if I ever get that ambitious. Always glad to see your smiling faces. Keep those masterpieces coming. Love, Grammy
-- Jane
Posted 12 years ago
I never saw this one before. Very nice. It reminds me of the trip I took with your Mom to Santa Fe.
-- Jane
Posted 12 years ago
Logan I love the blanket block on the right in the middle. I'm assuming that is an ice cream cone from The Towne Scoop? Is this paper or material.
-- linda
Posted 12 years ago
Just catching up on your artwork. This is definitely one of my favorites. It is GREAT!
-- linda
Posted 12 years ago
Logan This actually looks like you are really looking through a kaleidoscope! Very cool.
-- linda
Posted 12 years ago
Hi, Logan, I don.t recognize this person, but I know it isn't Pops. The pants are O K, but the shirt isn't white. I always love to see your creations. Love, Grammy
-- Jane
Posted 12 years ago
OK...Now I see why your eyes are closed. And yes, you do sleep with a huge smile on your face! Nighty Night!

That is really nice! How did you manage to get everything so even? Love the colors!
-- Jane
Posted 12 years ago
Did YOU really do this one? It is really cool. I love it. You will need to explain why the paper is folded like it is.
-- Mom
Posted 12 years ago
It looks quite angry and that it is ready to be flame broiled!
-- Mom
Posted 13 years ago
Maybe you have invented something new----that looks like a Chia Pet snake or eel. Very cute. Kepp up the good work. Love, Grammy
-- Jane
Posted 13 years ago
YIKES! What type of animal is this and where did you see it? I want to stay away from it.
-- Mom
Posted 13 years ago
Nice colors----I guess your art teacher shows you work from different types of artists to give you your inspirations. Very interesting. Love, Grammy
-- Jane
Posted 13 years ago
Not sure who Paul Klee is so I don't know his work. The colors are all very unique.
-- Mom

Posted 13 years ago
aha - now I think I know where you got the idea for the cut-out paper people ....
-- Dad
Posted 13 years ago
Hey - this is pretty cool. how did you do it? reminds me of something i once did in school in chemistry class, where we put color onto paper and let water separate the colors.... later, buddy.
-- Dad
Posted 13 years ago
There is a very famous painting in a museum called 'white on white". I think your work is much more interesting and was probably fun to do. Love, Grammy
-- Jane
Posted 13 years ago
UMMM....This is very unique. Makes you think...what could it be. Good Job!
-- Mom
Posted 13 years ago
This is very interesting. I am glad you could explain it to more. I had figured out everything except the G. That had me puzzled? Keep up the good work. Love,, Grammy

What is This??? It looks like a duck with a necktie holding up a Wizard. I can't figure out your name AT ALL. Either way, it is really cool!

This is very good. Keep up the good work!!
-- H
Posted 13 years ago

Mom

These look like they should be in a Dr. Seuss book. So colorful and different.
-- Mom
Posted 13 years ago
Hi Logan, Nice picture! I remember when I was in school and studying indians we drew picture that were very mich like yours. We also made indian "beads" out of uncooked pasta that we painted and strung on strings.
-- Jane
Posted 13 years ago
This reminds me of the comic strip we saw the other day. The cavemen were standing on each others shoulders and says, "In five thousand years, they will wonder how this happened." The picture looks similar to what they were drawing. Good job.
-- Mom
Posted 13 years ago
Is Jim Dine famous for his work with hearts or for this particular style of arework: where everything is the same, but different... i really like it.
-- Dad
Posted 13 years ago
Very nice and colorful. I guess you're getting an early start on Valentine's Day. Keep up the good work. Love, Grammy
-- Jane
Posted 13 years ago
I never heard of Jim Dine. Is he a well known artist? You will need to show me some of his work online. The hearts are very well done.
-- Mom
Posted 13 years ago
Hey it looks like our house with the candy canes in front. All we need are the mint windows and it will be an exact duplicate. I like your hat....do you like my hat????
-- mom
Posted 14 years ago
Pretty unusual. what grades did what colors? I really can't tell...
-- Dad
Posted 14 years ago
NOW THAT IS A VERY STRANGE AND COLORFUL PIECE OF ART! THAT GREEN THING WITH THE PURPLE NOSE LOOKS LIKE IT CHASING THE YELLOW BIRD. LOTS OF ACTION THERE. I KEEP SEEING MORE THINGS GOING ON. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. LOVE, GRAMMY
-- JANE
Posted 14 years ago
OK, I am trying to figure out. Did fourth grade do the color YELLOW? If so, you did a nice job because how you positioned the yellow really stands out as the dominant shapes in the picture!
-- Mom
Posted 14 years ago
This is a pretty simple, but interesting piece of artwork. I like the repetitive drawings with the wildly different color and background choices. it really highlights the importance of color selection, contrast and balance.
-- Dad
Posted 14 years ago
Hey I missed this one. This is really good. Did you draw this using your imagination or did the class actually have a pile of fruit on a table to use for 'inspiration"? Nice work!
-- Dad
Posted 14 years ago
Wow! Another picture already! You went right from fall into winter. Did you make a snowman in your yard when we had the storm last week? I am not looking forward to more snow, but I guess you and Kieran are. I am happy just to see pictures of it.
-- Jane
Posted 14 years ago
That is a really spooky picture! You will have to save it and bring it out for next Halloween. The tree looks like a lot of the trees after that big snowstorm. Not many branches left on them.
-- Jane
Posted 14 years ago
Very cool how you did the shading on the small fruits. It looks good enough to eat. Maybe Aunt Kirsten can use this to cook a pumpkin pie and THIS time she will remember the sugar!
-- Mom
Posted 14 years ago
The colors really stand out! This artwork looks like something Andy Warhol would create. Remind me to show you his work online. He painted many famous people this way.
-- Mom
Posted 14 years ago
I really like the dark and creepy house - But I have a question: what are the wiggly lines that are flying through the air?
-- Dad
Posted 14 years ago
This picture feels like it is moving. I think it is how you drew the house and created the wind.It really looks like things are flying in the sky. Very Eerie. Nice job.
-- Mom
Posted 14 years ago
Logan, Did you see a deer in your yard? Tona and I see one almost every day when we take our walk. They're really cool aren't they? It's a real nice picture Logan. I like that you even have a stool by the window so Mom can be tall enough to look outside too! :-)
-- Aunt Karen
Posted 14 years ago
That is so cool, Logan. There have been a lot of times I've looked out and seen deer in our yard. I was in my car a little while ago and there was one by the road---I was afraid he would run into the street, but he just kept eating someone's lawn. Keep up the great artwork. I really enjoy it. Love, Grammy
-- Jane
Posted 14 years ago
Is this one done in water colors? it looks like a spooky tree. VERY talented just like your grammy (and of course your aunt)
-- linda
Posted 14 years ago
Hey....this one looks like a "where's waldo" page! It is soooo cool to look at. Another great job.
-- linda
Posted 14 years ago
logan you did such a great job. I want to sit on that little bench and look out the window! Love aunt linda
-- linda
Posted 14 years ago
Hi Logan - This looks really good. is it a window at our house or some place from your imagination? i don't remember seeing a deer outside recently. great job.
-- Dad
Posted 14 years ago
It really looks like you are looking out a window. Especially with the little stool in front. Pretty cool!
-- Mom
Posted 14 years ago

-- Mom
Posted 14 years ago
This looks like a beautiful stained glass. Nice work!
-- Mom
Posted 14 years ago
I love your elephant and the whole scene. I used to do this when I was little. Grammy had a thumbprint book. Ours was ONLY in black and white. That's how old I am!
-- Mom
Posted 14 years ago
Hey Logan, I fingered in should write thumbthing nice about your handsome artwork. Pretty creative. See you later. -Dad
-- Dad
Posted 14 years ago
Wow, Logan, that is so interesting! I can't decide if it is a very old misshapen tree or a monster from outer space coming to get me! Whatever it is, I love it! You do some great art work. Love, Grammy
-- Jane
Posted 14 years ago
There is so much going on here! Can you pick out what things you did? Let me know.
-- Mom
Posted 14 years ago
WOW....it looks like there are so many "hidden" things. I can't find a trampoline!
-- linda
Posted 14 years ago
I sure hope this is the last we see of winter! I think that when I am hot this summer I can click on this picture and get cooled off right away. It looks really cool! Is that the snowman you made in your yard?
-- Jane
Posted 14 years ago
Awesome with the white and blue chalk......looks cool.
-- Paul
Posted 14 years ago
Was this done with all white crayon or chalk. It is really a "cool" scene. Looks like a forest in the nighttime. Hey if a tree falls in the woods, would the snowman hear it??
-- Mom
Posted 14 years ago
Logan, Very colorful! I love the different designs. Looks like these are really colorful clouds. What is a Tesselation? Keep up the good work.
-- Auntie Karen
Posted 14 years ago
Wow! That sure is colorful! I like it! The first thing I thought of was a bunch of clouds raining different colored rain. I guess everyone can see different things in different ways. I didn't understand what the title meant, tho'. Love, Grammy
-- Jane
Posted 14 years ago
Very cool Logan. There are so many different textures. By the way, what is a Tessellation? Does it have anything to do with our dog?
-- Mom
Posted 14 years ago
Logan, I love the Snowman in the blizzard. Did your snowman look just like that one?
-- Aunt Karen
Posted 14 years ago
I really like the different textures you used on this rubbing! Keep up the excellent work!
-- Ms. Grattagliano
Posted 14 years ago
Cool work! Like the pattern.
-- Paul
Posted 15 years ago
Wow! This makes my eyes go crazy. How did you do this? I feel like I am being hypnotized.
-- Mom
Posted 15 years ago
Hi again, Logan, That is really cool. You will have to show me how you did that. It looks like it was hard to do, but it's very neatly done. Love, Grammy
-- Jane
Posted 15 years ago
Hi Logan, I really like the uneven woven paper piece. You will have to show me how you did this. I am thinking this kind of pattern you be a great idea for a soccer or football jersey. The design is so wiggley, the other team is certain to get dizzy and confused!! Keep up the good work.
-- Dad
Posted 15 years ago
Hi. Logan, I'm really enjoying seeing your artwork online. Maybe this winter you and Kieran could build a snowman for me. I don't like to go out in the cold---but I do like snowmen. Love, Grammy
-- Jane
Posted 15 years ago
Hey Logan, Your snowman's scarf looks very warm and fuzzy! Nice detail work. I love this picture.
-- Mom
Posted 15 years ago
I really like the "Collaborative Collage".
-- Harold
Posted 15 years ago

-- Linda
Posted 15 years ago
I like how you put your lines together. It looks cool! Paul
-- paul
Posted 15 years ago
I am really enjoying looking at your artwork online. That latest one with the colored stripes would make an interesting quilt pattern. The art department certainly has you doing different things---not just drawing pictures with crayons. Good work! Love, Grammy
-- Jane
Posted 15 years ago
It's cool how you have all the same colors but each section looks different just by changing the direction of the lines. Neat! -Mom
-- Mom
Posted 15 years ago
Wow, I guess you put on the yellow for third grade? It's neat how even with several different people and ideas, it still came out really well.
-- Mom
Posted 15 years ago
Logan, What type of texture is this? It looks like an onion skin. Remember "Onions have Layers!" - Mom
-- Mom
Posted 15 years ago
Logan, these look like the leaves we have in our front yard. Same colors. - Mom
