Forgot to tell you that even though you said you didn't like the apple in the picture I thought it was very appropriate as a message for a healthy meal to go with the pancakes! Love again, Grandma

Yum, those pancakes look good enough to eat. Made me want some for breakfast. Your details, the way the syrup drips over the sides of the pancakes and the shape of the apple are great.
