DD: I think you are really growing as an artist. I love the freedom with which you express yourself. This shark really looks like he is floating in the water. The colors and shapes are very convincing. He looks like he is waiting for his next meal or just enjoying being a shark in the water. I really love this. Keep up the good work. Love, Mommy -- Nasha

Hi Damiri, I really like your "Floating Shark" print. I love the color! What inspired you to use the shark as your subject matter? You know, I've been doing some printmaking myself. You and I will have to exchange notes on printmaking when I next see you. Keep up the great artwork! Love you, ~ Aunt LouLou -- Lucretia

DD, I absolute LOVE your story quilt. You are extremely talented -- but of course, I already knew that. I really like the golden yellow color. It reminds me of a lyric sung by vocalist Jill Scott -- "living' my life like it's golden." Keep up the good work and THANK YOU for sharing your artistic gift. -- Aunt LouLou
