Charlie, I was surprised to read in your artist statement that you do not think your're a good artist. You wrote that you thought your diorama was sloppy and had too much green paint. I like how you designed your box and made your jack-o-lantern. All artists need to look and think about what they liked about their work or what they would change. But they don't forget to tell themselves and the world what they DID do well! Please be more kind to yourself when looking back at your work and maybe give your diorama and you another chance to shine. Your skills as an artist are a work in progress because you are a work in progress. Shine on!. Your Art Teacher,
