WOW!!!! It was so difficult to choose just one as all of your artwork is great. I love the colors of the palm trees with the sun setting. Maybe you can give me some suggestions to improve my "stick men"....Love, Mimi

Posted 15 years ago
Rylan, You have a really nice painting about Palm Tree. I like the way you have more yellow light in front of the sun and it is a darker orange on the edges where the light from the sun doesn't reach. Very good. Love,
-- Miss Goldie

Rylan, I just can't get over how great you are with art work. This Hot Air Balloons painting is great. Have you ever been to the Hot Air Balloon Festival they have every year in Albuquerue, New Mexico? I think it is in October. People from all over bring their balloons and fly them. You can go around and look at all the different balloons. They even put out a calendar with some of the balloons that have been at the Festival. I know your picture isn't Albuquerue because of the lighthouse. Where did you get the idea to do the Hot Air Balloons? Love,
-- Miss Goldie
Posted 15 years ago
Rylan, I like your parrot. You did a really good job making the feathers look real the way they overlap. The beak looks like a parrot's beak. You seem to have a good eye for details. Love,

Hi Rylan-- Love your new picture! It looks so dramatic with the contrasting color & shadings. It reminds us of our 1967 Mustang convertible. It was white but it would have been cool with a blue stripe up the middle!! -- Uncle Dan & Auntie Rachel
Posted 15 years ago
Nice car Rylan! I like the way you incorporated the stripes on the car with the background. It's a well drawn Mustang Fastback right? Nice wheels too! Grandpa Tom
Posted 15 years ago
Now you are a car designer....I like the sporty and futuristic design of an old classic. Good Job Ry. Love Grand Ma and Grand Papa

Hi Ry, This picture is amazing! The symmetry of the circles really catch your eye. It's like there is so much happening you have to study it over & over again. Nice job Ry! I am very impressed with this one. Love, Grandpa Tom

Rylan. what an interesting picture. Your Grandma Judee said something in her comment about it being good for a wonderful story. I looked all over and can not find the story. You will have to call me or e-mail me and tell me the story. All the colors in the night sky remind me of the Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights. Is that what this is about? Whatever it is a very good painting. I like the fact that you made the house black because that is what they would look like at night.
-- Miss Goldie

Rylan, what an excellent painting. What a clever idea to use tempera paints as a background and then put your guitar over that. It is a very nice electric guitar. I can tell by the knobs and the shape that it is not an acoustical guitar like mine. Keep the art work coming I enjoy it so much.
