Cordelia, the brush stroke marks are so full of emotion. I love how they go in different directions and bring my eyes all over the page. Your pop of blue in the upper left really gets my attention. I can see how you were inspired by van Gogh's Starry Night here.

I can see that you were inspired by the emotion in The Scream. The colors are dramatic (just like you!) and the lines seem irritated and anxious—just like the mood of The Scream. I am proud of you for filling in the whole paper.

Cordelia, the way you used line in this piece to create a real space is fantastic. I can really see that it's a theater with an audience and it stretches back into space. The curtains are a beautiful purple and draw my eyes to the audience. I can't wait to see what you make next!

The diagonal lines in the work are amazing. The little spots of blue in the rectangles makes me want to keep looking at this work.
