Reese, One thing I love about artwork is that people often have different thoughts and ideas come to their mind, when they view the same piece of art. As soon as I saw this picture of numbers, music notes popped into my head. (I saw the numbers, too, of course.) It is a joy to receive your artwork through Artsonia. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to the next one. You Mom's friend, Laura.

Reese, Your picture reminded me that the wonder, magic and message all the holidays bring us, should stay with us, all the year through, not just on the holiday itself. This picture reminds me of the warmth we find in our homes, wherever they may be. Nice job! Laura (P.S. Happy, early, of course St. Patricks Day. I wish you luck always!)

Reese, You art work amazes me. My favorite is the birch tree. I remember these tree from family vacations we used to take in Michigan in a place called Twin Lakes. Your birch tree is the type of tree that Indians used to line their canoes. The bark was also used by people in the 1300's as paper . Wikipedia Due to birch pulp’s short-fibre qualities, this hardwood can be used to make printing paper. In India, the birch holds great historical significance in the culture of Northern India, where the thin bark coming off in winter was extensively used as writing paper. Birch paper ) is exceptionally durable and was the parchment used for many ancient Indian texts. This bark also has been used widely in ancient Russia as note paper (beresta) and for decorative purposes and even making footwear — lapti.
