This shiny paint is amazing! I think of a sea turtle when I look at your piece! The hot color, red, really contrasts with the cool colors in a beautiful way!

I love that you made a three dimensional piece with so much movement! The squares seem to be “dancing” in the background, and I love the curlicue papers that make my eyes go round and round like I’m on a roller coaster!

I love the way that you filled up the whole space on this piece! It is so cool that you have two rainbows, one with thick colors and one with thin colors! The middle has a fun mix of cool and hot colors! You really thought about how to make such a beautiful piece!

This piece is great! I love all of the shiny, pointy red pieces sticking out of the pot. They look like flames bursting out of a fire pit! I love the contrast between smooth and rough surfaces too!

Such a pretty sky! It reminds me of a sunset when the sun is just setting, and the sky looks purple and pink! I think about you, Jack, and Grandpa outside looking at stars and planets in the summer, night sky. The way your stars are placed in different positions makes them seem like they are twinkling!

I love it that you got a chance to make a 3-D pottery piece! I also love that you used a variety of textures: smooth and rough and an interesting pattern of holes! Because I’m Irish, and we just celebrated St. Patrick’s Day, your piece reminds me of a sweet, little leprechaun!

The rainbow colors in this piece make me jump for joy! To have a rainbow and a waterfall in the same piece of artwork is amazing and two of my favorite things in the world!
