This is one of my favorites. I love the Tim Burton style. It is very fun. I also like that it is personal to you with the sports items in the back.

Britton, I love this piece! The horizontal lines and repetition of shapes creates subtle movement. The vertical fishing lines keep the viewer in the painting.

Your bold black lines seem to give movement and stability at the same time. The wheel which we associate with movement, in this case, anchors the painting. Well done.

Britton, Connecting a a famous painting of a night sky with a nursery rhyme is clever. Your work also reminds me of Marc Chagall. An artist who put childhood memories in his paintings.

I really like that light blue color too. I also like the bright pink (fuschia) color next to it. This reminds me of stained glass.
