Awesome! Very vibrant and active. I see a jousting preying mantis.

Well Sterling, I can't hold a candle to your father's deep, perspicacious (ask your father what that means) and entertaining critique on this piece of art. But I can tell you what my first impression was: that it looks like a collection of holiday "found art" and very conceptually and creatively assembled by yourself. Good job -- keep it up. Love Opa

It's a very modern depiction of a snowflake in freefall from, what I imagine, is the perspective of an observer on a distant planet or Jovian type moon with chemical and atmosperic conditions that produce pinwheel candycane crystals.

What a fine drawing and use of white on black background to express this the joyful dacing skeleton.

Sterling, Very cool pumpkin. I like the work you did with light and shadowing. Looks good enough to make into pumpkin pie, or, maybe even to pumpkin chocolate chip cookies...!? Love, Opa

Sterling, Oma and Opa just got back into town and I just opened Sterling397's artwork and...Wow! You did a great job on your pre-halloween skeleton sketch doing what appears to be a moonlight jitter-bone dance under the stars. Opa is impressed, as is Oma who said "Very-Very-Very Good! Keep it up! Love Opa

Pure genius! Obviously a depiction of a brain and brain stem affected by Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy from playing football.
