This is really nice, Julian! You did a great job of showing movement and repetition with lines and all of the different, bright colors. I especially like the red bands of color leading to the part at the bottom, with the smaller circles inside, some blue, others just black and white. Very cool! Thank you for sharing this wonderful piece of art with us!

Julian, this is very exciting to see your first piece of art as a first grader. You did a great job showing your family outside, enjoying nature. I really like everyone's smiling faces, the flowers, the tree and all of those fluffy white clouds. I can't wait to see what else you will create during this new school year. Thank you for sharing this with all of us!

Julian, I love the rainforest you created, with so many interesting plants and birds, a cool snake, insects and animals! I hope you are proud of yourself for your creativity and the wonderful job you did with your rainforest artwork. What a fun year it has been to see all of the art you have created this year and I can't wait to see what next year brings from Julian the Artist! We are so proud of you!

Nice work, Julian! Your building skills are creative and it looks like this took a lot of time and work to balance everything so well. Great job!

I am really enjoying this piece of art, Julian. It's very creative and interesting, and I would like to live in this building! I love the colors and designs on the towers, and the tree and flowers underneath and all of the clouds in that gorgeous blue sky. The room between the towers is great and the person inside (is that you?) looks so happy to be there. I am so impressed and happy you shared this with us. Thank you, Julian!

I am really enjoying your picture, Julian! There are so many different things to look at and I love all of the colors and shapes, the people and all of the animals. I will never get bored looking at this picture, because there is so much to see. I notice something new every time I look at it. Thank you, Julian, for brightening my day with your artwork! Love to you!

Another fun piece of art created by Julian! There are so many different colors and shapes, this really catches my eye and keeps me looking, to make sure I don't miss anything. Nice work, Julian!

Wow, Julian! I really like this piece of art you created! The different colors and shapes on the yellow background make it look like a piece of modern art. Nice job, Julian! I hope you had as much fun creating this as I am having looking at it! Love you and thank you for sharing this!

Wow! Julian, so many beautiful colors and swirls and lines of all shapes and sizes! I really like this piece, especially the way I can see something different and new every time I look at it. Nice job, Julian!

Julian, this is a wonderful picture for Halloween and the fall season! The colors you used are so bright, they make everything in your piece of art stand out and shine! I'm so glad you shared your artwork because every piece makes me smile.

Julian, we are so excited to see your artwork now that you are at Bancroft with Athena! I really like this one, too. It's very creative and the colors are so bright, and interesting with the black rectangles - very modern art! I am going to order a coffee mug with this artwork, to go with the one I ordered when Athena did her modern art piece, like yours. They are both different and both special, and now I can drink my coffee and celebrate the newest Bancroft artist - Julian Valdespino! We love you!

Full of love. Colors are beautiful and bright.
