His hair, his bloodshot eyes, and the scattered freckles on his nose.
(I don’t really think you have bloodshot eyes at all, you have beautiful blue eyes)
Many of the great artists throughout history have done self portraits.
I’m looking forward to next weeks art display, I can’t believe that you have so much artistic talent, and you are just 12 years old.

The light coming from the lamp is dim, just as you describe it.

Douglas, this is absolutely a beautiful landscape picture since using watercolors is new for you, and not a very easy medium to work with.
I have always enjoyed many forms of art myself. Now that I have a grandson who’s artistic himself, I can’t wait to see other artwork you present in the future.
