Obi, you are getting to try so many different hands on artistic skills. Jane thought your stuffed blue guy looked like a dolphin. Tell me what your inspiration was. ?

This is my absolute favorite from all your 4th grade art work this year. I love the color combinations and the action of the figure in the middle. And it really reminds me of my Grandma blanket!

Obi, I love this! Did you learn the names of all your stitches? I think I see a blanket stitch around the edges. Did you know you can use that stitch to make your own cozy blanket with a piece of fleece? I found some fleece felt at the thrift store so you can keep making stuffed art work. I would love to hear you tell about what you've created.

Obi, this is so cool. What is it created on? It doesn’t look like paper or fabric? Makes me Wonder what the assignment was.

Your little bowl turned out so colorful and artsy. Did you like working with clay? Was that the first time to work with clay? How did you make the swirls on the outside? So proud of you and all the new things you are learning and trying! ?

Obi, I hope your parents share my comment with you. I am so proud to see your work. Is that bowl big enough to eat soup or is it like a little applesauce bowl? Is it flat on the bottom? I love your color choices, too!

Obi, I love seeing your art. I'm trying to figure out how big this piece is. And is it made from felt? I can't wait to do some art with you at Christmas! I look forward to learning some new ways to use the materials I already have.

So fun. But I want to know how you made the picture. What did you use?

I like the details of one working at a desk. And the scene before him as he works. Is he an artist??
