Georgia, this is beautiful! I love all the shades of blue that you used. You have captured the movement of wind and sea. Wow

I really like the texture you used in the paint for this one. It's like the way the ocean moves. Using all different shades of blues is a very calming colour pallet too. A friend in Newfoundland told me when you look at the ocean you can always see at least 7 different blues! Isn't that amazing?

I love this Georgia! You can just imagine yourself on the the sailboat cutting across the beautiful blue sea, with the ocean spray in your face. It reminds me very much of something Paul Cezanne would have done. Awesome work!

I think watercolours are my favorite type of painting, how the paints flow into each other and create (at times) almost abstract works of art. I love the bright colors of the flowers against the soft pastel background, you can certainly make out that these are flowers, but what kind? Tulips maybe? Beautiful work!

Such a realistic portrait of the turtle…or is it a tortoise? I always get those mixed up. Anyways, great work!

I love this one! Free as a bird. Those look like the birds we would see flying above the ocean in Newfoundland when there were whales near by.

Wow Georgia! I feel like I’m laying on my back at the beach on a warm summer day, watching the seagulls float by me. Beautiful!

Lovely! It reminds me of dragon boating on the North Saskatchewan river. Lots of trees and city in the background.

Cool city! I am imagining riding on one of the sail boats looking up at the trees and buildings.

Makes me smile...this curious ostrich :)

I like how you captured the ostrich's personality in just black and white! You used lots of good mark making techniques to get great texture in the ostrich.
