I love that this is a true carving out rather than pieces put together. It’s like the clay revealed this art inside.

What a great way to think about how to make art! Love it!

I love the dimensions in this. Beautiful work!

This artwork breaks down and simplifies the components of “house.” Yet, the two distinct colors ask, “what is the difference between “house” and “home,” even if the two look the same? I love this. Great job, Luciana!

Oh my. What an eloquent description of the combination of feeling, color and the aspect of the present! I love it. There is so much in this piece. Awesome my Lu.

I actually really like it! I love the way the digital world is linked to the physical world through the falling leaf. It's almost like the person on the wall is watching the leaf come into being. I love it.

I love the concept; the person on the wall, the pink-orange background. It feels like dusk/dawn dream.?

Camping out situation. Great concept. So cute on a t-shirt.

This is an interesting piece of art. My imagination can almost see a village of different architecture built for a new generation to inhabit. Love it. good color combination.

This closer view really pulls my eye to the person’s silhouette.

With this view, you can really see the dark, ashy feel of the piece.

I really like this view. You get to see all the dimensions and how it looks from different perspectives.

The black cat, with its head slightly cocked to the side, makes me think it is longing to venture out into the trees for a day of exploration! :-)

I'm actually very moved by this piece. The lone silhouette. The burning fires. The torn and shattered landscape. I'd love to know more about the meaning of this dark and powerful piece. Thank you for sharing this with us.

This is a very powerful representation of this experience. The mixed media gives it texture and grit. The person as only a shadow is meaningful. Well done.

This cat looks thoughtful; maybe longing for a nap in the shade cast from a tree; maybe remembering an afternoon chasing the fluttering light; maybe just… happy.

Simple yet elegant. I like the contrast of the black and white prints. It reminds me of a cut fruit or a vegetable. I think this style of art is similar to that of Jini Kim (remember the spider print I gave you?). Her art is all lino prints. Great job!

I would like to know what you were thinking when you chose to create this, very vivid subject?

The colors you have used are comforting. Soft and quiet.

I can almost feel how soft these toe beans are. Great shading and contrast!

I absolutely LOVE this piece of art. For me, it says so much with its simplicity and use of contrasting colors. I sense the relaxation with the single paw. I can feel the softness of the fur. This piece also connects thematically with the Black Cat art piece very well. Nicely done!
