The artist effectively created a piece with strong contrast. The use of shadow and light is really well done to create a subject, despite the fact that the medium of tape lends itself to more outlined artwork. The symmetry of the artwork highlights the subject very well. I like how the finer more delicate details of the face stand out against the solid color skin and hair.

The white spot used in the middle gives it a perfect blend and contrast of colors which helps the trees fit parts at the bottom standout more. The transition from darker to lighter was also very smooth.

This artwork really creates a striking effect with the tape. I like it how it reminds me of what most 90”s or 80’s posters would look i really like it. It shows contrast and good balance of dark and light creating emphasis.

The radiating leading lines create a lot of emphasis on movement, turning the face into a very powerful focal point. You’ve managed to achieve a lot of symmetrical balance while still keeping the movement energetic and bold. Using the tape to create such sharp line weight around the eyes and lips shows a lot of technical control over a difficult medium.

The wallpaper has a nice repeating pattern and the color green pops out through the sofa and the things on the tv. The light that is coming through the right side shows a nice shadow that shows to the right of the tv. The overall piece is very simple and exciting.

The way that you got the features so beautifully truly gives the artwork so much beauty. I love how you used the white stripes of tape to map out the hair. Truly such a creative peace that gives so much character.

Your art is really fire ngl. Your use of gestault princibles makes her hair, neck, and face exist without looking flat. I can actually see every part of this artwork without it even being there. The shape/form of this is really well done.

This artwork is very abstract and very captivating, the contrast or black and white with the blue background is lovely. The amount of detail in the drawing and background really gives that sea-like effect. The gradient of the water really adds to the artwork.

The application of different values of color was executed very well. I love how the bright tint of the (what seems to be a) moon in the center of the piece is portrayed as shining so bright that it makes the branches of the tree in the front nearly disappear. The shadow of the tree trunk towards the left was also done very meticulously.

Using cardboard edges to apply paint creates a high-energy visual texture that perfectly embodies the Impressionist style. The strong radial arrangement gives this piece a dramatic energy that pulls the viewer into the center. Your use of high-contrast values gives the sky a luminous, radiant quality that feels physically intense.

The use of hatching adds depth and contrast to the piece, while also contrasting against the color of the background and the objects. The stack of unique items evokes a surrealistic feeling. The artist also included movement within in the piece through the wire attached to the TV, as it looks as if it was pulled out and captured in motion.

The artist did a good job at making sure the viewers’ eyes would travel around the whole piece- the viewers’ eyes start at the moon (following the rule of thirds), and make its way around the painting following the motion of the sky and the curvature of the foreground. Including streaks of white throughout the painting keeps it more balanced and makes the brightness of the moon slightly less harsh. Adding the tree in front of the moon adds deep contrast in the piece, as well as depth and perspective.

Through its thoughtful arrangement of form and space, the artwork creates a strong visual presence. The elements interact in a way that suggests depth, movement, and meaning. It leaves room for the viewer to discover their own interpretation.

The bold and vibrant colors contrast really well with the darker shades. The curved lines guide your eye and add movement through the scene perfectly.

The use of hatching gives the piece a striking composition. The style is reminiscent of Tim Burtons artwork. The music featured also supports the nostalgic atmosphere.

I like the perspective of the viewer when looking at this art. I also love the colors you used for the entire artwork. The texture of the couch is also amazing. Your style is actually so cool and unique. Theres prob a bunch of references I don't get in this drawing but it still looks amazing.

You used patterns and texture, with repeated marks to add to the interest. The variation in line thickness keeps the surface from feeling flat.

I love how your shading technique/use of lines lines are consistent through out the whole piece

The texture of the water color background is really visually interesting. The large octopus stands out as the main subject with its size, but also because it contrasts with smaller, more detailed elements. The piece has a good sense of rhythm with circular and spiky shapes that make it feel cohesive.

The mark making and fine details create intricacy within your work, and the addition of red areas in the artwork adds emphasis to those areas and a pop of color that makes it more interesting. This causes the viewer to scan the entire art piece and really take their time looking at it due to all of the intricate details.

The waved lines of the ovals and the smaller circles surrounding them reminds me of red and white blood cells.

I like how you used the black ink to show the shadows, it shows a really nice sense of contrast from the bright white for the negative space tree.

This artwork has an amazing dynamic created by the highly detailed lines of the sea creature against the bold, flowing cool tones.

The values and patterns of each animal are spectacular and the main focus (the octopus) being on the left side of the page instead of in the middle is very innovative.

The artist masterfully employs stippling and hatching techniques to create a compelling contrast and depth within the intricate details of the main piece and background.

This piece has a lot of depth, and the designs of the zentangle are very detailed, but they still manage to overlap. The colors are placed in an effective fashion where it looks like organisms/cells.

I like the different sizes of the circles inside the tentacles. They showcase that the piece is not flat, and also the varying degrees of shading help with depth.

I like how you used blue in the background, it suits the black sharpie. I also liked how you textured the dirt.

The entry point to your art piece is where all the tentacles meet, allowing the reader to follow the tentacles outwards towards the rest of the artpiece.

This artwork is insanely good. The composition is really really well done and everything feels like it fits into place. No part of this feels the same or like it’s taking up too much space. The contrast between the black and red also makes every part of this art pop. I really love monochromatic color schemes. You did a good job on this and I hope you know that.

This piece of artwork really drew my attention as the contrast between the various tones of red against black and white background causes the color to boldly pop, and draws focus to details within each red shaded area.

The colors you chose collab well with the pattern of your art. The small details add a visual hook which makes the art look 3D.
