The white paint splatters make it feel like I'm caught in a real snowstorm with your owl! Your owl has so much personality, just like you! I love the peach circles for the cheeks; it makes your owl look so friendly! Your "V" patterns for the feathers and those long legs show you put a lot of thought into the details! It's a masterpiece!
