What a happy snow bear you made, Jack! His smile tells me that he is warm and cozy, even though it's snowing. I really like the purple sky with the snowflakes falling. I get cold just looking at it! I need a furry coat like your snow bear to keep me from freezing while playing outside in the snow. Do you have a warm coat like your snow bear?

This is a fantastic, colorful picture of trees reflecting the sunrise, Jack. The red tree leaves are beautiful. I bet a bird would love to build its nest among those tall trees. Maybe a raccoon or opossum or some squirrels would like to live there, too! They could make the trees their own village.

What a very nice orange pumpkin you painted, Jack! Is it going to be a pumpkin pie or a Jack-O-Lantern? It look as if the pumpkin is enjoying a lovely day under a bright blue sky. All it has to do is hang out in the garden and grow as big as it can until the farmer is ready to pick it. Do you like to eat roasted pumpkin seeds? They have a lot of vitamins and minerals that help our bodies in many ways!

This is a super cool collage, Jack! I can tell that you listened very well to your teacher. Henri Matisse created very, very colorful paintings, using the same colors that you put in your collage. The colors are vibrant and so very pretty to look at. I'm very proud of you for creating such a lovely abstract collage!

This is a fabulous dot and line sculpture, Jack! It's so very colorful. I like the blue, red, yellow, orange and purple dots. Wouldn't it be fun if you could climb up and then slide down the strips of paper? I think I would get very, very, very dizzy. Would you?

This is a really cool shape robot, Jack! I bet he is a busy robot. Does he help you put away toys when you've finished playing with them? I especially like the many colors you used, and his robot head. He seems to be very smart and handy to have around for fixing things, just like you!

Hey Jack-A-Roo! I really like your line butterfly. The colors are very nice and look translucent. I had A LOT of Monarch butterflies to hatch this year. Butterflies are very important to our environment. They pollinate flowers and trees, helping them grow. And butterflies are beautiful, graceful creatures. You did a super job!! Lots of love to you.

What a lovely Earth you have painted, Jack! The blue oceans and green land masses are so very colorful. Did you draw a pod of whales in the ocean, too? Wow, Jack! I love your example of Georgia O'Keeffe's flowers. Your picture looks just like her painting called "Oriental Poppies." Poppies like to grow in warm weather and can be all different colors, such as red, orange, yellow, pink and purple. There are even blue poppies that grown in the Himalayan mountains! Poppy petals are very delicate and look like crepe paper, which is very similar to the tissue paper you used to make the green bunny salad bowl. Hey, hey, hey Jack! I love, love, love your bunny salad bow!! When I was a little girl, I had a pet bunny named "Sniffles." She would have eaten all of the lettuce, carrots and other veggies in your healthy salad bowl. Do you like salads? Sometimes I put raisins and pistachios in my salads, but I don't think bunnies would like those. Birdies would definitely eat that part of my salad, so maybe the bunnies and birdies can share a salad for their dinner. Keep up the great artwork! I love you so very much! Aunt Toni

Hey there, Jack-A-Roo! I really love your colorful autumn tree. I see a brilliant blue sky and a nice, tall tree with orange and yellow leaves. Your tree looks just like the trees I see on my drive home from work. Fall leaves are so pretty! Trees are getting ready for winter when their leaves change from green to pretty colors before they finally drop off. When the weather gets warm again and spring comes, trees will start growing new branches and new leaves will start to bud. Before long, the trees will be a little bit taller and you'll see green leaves again. Won't that be nice? I love you bunches, little buddy! Aunt Toni

WOW!!! What an awesome little, brown acorn you have painted, Jack. Did you know that the acorn's cap helps it hang onto the tree until it's grown, and it can be used as a whistle after the acorn falls to the ground? Mimi has a lot of acorn caps at her house, and she can teach you to whistle with one. Is your acorn floating on a lake? I think I see a fish and a sailboat in your picture. Maybe your little acorn is taking a trip to find the perfect spot where he can snuggle in the warm dirt, drink lots of rainwater and sprout some roots so he can grow into a giant oak tree. Then his leaves can provide shade so you and Louis can have a nice picnic together. What fun that would be! Thank you for sharing your splendid picture with me. I love you so very much, little buddy!
