Yes, blue/purple and white are traditional colors in Greece. Aegean blue, like the Aegean Sea, was a favorite. Nice composition, Charlotte.

Lovely combination of pastel colors that are so appropriate for spring/Easter. So gentle on the eyes. Nice combo, Charlotte!

I see a penguin floating on ice, set against a backdrop of icebergs and mist. Cute as can be, Charlotte.

The change from white to blue is uplifting. It pulls your eyes up. Just right for Christmas.

Couldn't avoid thinking about Munchman or Pac-Man with that open mouth ... but it's a fish being fed some fish food. Looks happy! You do a good HAPPY, Charlotte.

The tail does stand out, Charlotte. Good touch. Even so, I feel the cat is staring at me ... without smiling!

The earthy shades of the oak leaf really pop beautifully against the purple Charlotte. I love the raised edges that give it a 3D effect. Shady purple was a good background to complement the shady leaf.

I know it's hard to tell because the picture is blurry, but this is a beautiful clay leaf that I now have at home!

Charlotte, I see the oak leaf as a tree. A tree that gives us fall color every year as it grows and ages. What a gift from nature. You captured it for me!

Multi-media! Paper, paint and yarn. Reminds me of Indian blankets that we saw when visiting the state of New Mexico. Nice reminder for me. Thanks.

A hobbit door for sure. I saw it that way immediately. Nice reminder even if unintended. A great look.

Big fan of your color use on this one Charlotte!

Charlotte, the lighter lines in the background and darker lines in the foreground make it look 3D. An accorn without a top to me.

I see a butterfly, flying.

Ok, Charlotte, you got me. Rainbow colors transitioning from a droopy purple tulip to a Valentines Day heart to the sun, maybe? Nicely done.

Charlotte, a tasty rainbow for sure. Did you know about a veggie rainbow? You can get a healthy grouping of veggies for a salad by picking veggies from every color on the rainbow. Good to remember when food shopping!

Wonderful blend of colors Charlotte. I thought of an abstract, pineapple plant when I first looked at it. Very striking.

Charlotte, marigolds are one of my favorite flowers because they are easy to germinate from seeds and easy to transplant. Your artwork reminded me about how much I liked them. Thanks for making your marigolds picture!

Yikes! I don't use that word often, but it feels appropriate for this self portrait.
