Beat those drums Robert!! Good details on the ears, drumsticks, and antlers!

Drummers … so very talented. Nice drum kit, good spatial distance for the pieces & I like how you’ve tilted the 2 drums in the middle!

WOW - cool colors! A fox in the woods would certainly be seen with a tail like that! Beautiful!

I can recognize the original style, with the brush strokes creating movement like the stars wheeling in the sky. The bright, surrealist color scheme you chose in your remix is really fun and reminds me of sci-fi book covers showing other galaxies.

Whoa - way cool Robert! Love the vibrant colors and the patches of white make for a great contrast statement. I am wondering what you used - what type of paint and did you use brushes? I really like how you have both defined edges and blended edges. I agree with your statement about viewing great works from the past. Nice work Grandson!

Whoa! How did you make that? Pulling apart felt?? That’s quite an impressive tail - don’t think I want to run into the animal that tail belongs on LOL! It would be interesting to know how you made it, maybe you could add the process to your comments?

I didn't see this one before but really like it. You are developing a good sense of color use for drama and I am excited to see the next piece of art that you create. Great work!!

This is amazing! You know I love abstract but this artwork is advanced and beyond any you have done. The way you blended the colors and used single lines for depth is really interesting. Great work!

WOW! Really like your color choices and how you blended them! The blending from light to dark gives it depth. Niiiiccceeee work #1 Grandson??!!

You did a great job using directional lines with the colored pencil to give the cloth shape and a feeling of movement - good attention to that detail!

Is the object on top landing? Reminds me of a space ship docking - looks like landing gear & a rocket thruster.

Looks like a great Logo for a Beat Saber - is there such a thing as a beat saber? Love how vivid the colors are and the contrast between the colors.

Excellent use of colors! Did you do this freehand? It reminds me of when we would put paper in a salad spinner & then drizzle paint in while it spun. Nice work!!

WOW - LOVE THIS! Reminds me of my tie-dye shirt that I wore many times when I would come to visit you. Vibrant colors and perfect blending! Niiiiicccceeee!!?

LOVE THIS! I like how the top of the mountains are green, but the mountains themselves are dark blue. Mountains, from a distance, are indeed dark blue! I like how the rivers flow down into a lake and how the one river branches off. Blue sky & puffy white clouds, must be summer! I love you!

WOW - I LOVE the bold colors and the black line to divide them! It reminds me of half of a Christmas tree (in blue) with a star (in white) in the red. NICE WORK ROBERT!! Love, Grams

Interesting collection Robert. One of them reminds me of a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle! I was looking for artist comments to see your thoughts on this collection. Was it a specific assignment, like the one where you drew a continuous line?
