This is a very cool artwork, with the rainbow birds pirouetting on their beaks and creating a sense of motion. I also like the idea of the dark upper portion of the birds, hiding their bright personalities until they take flight. It's an interesting statement on our assumptions about those who might be quieter or withdrawn, and once you see their personality, you are dazzled by the contrasting brightness.
