Nico, the contrast between the individual’s neutral expression and the colorful ebullience surrounding them is striking and thought-provoking. Do they remain passive and oblivious to the joys of bright bubbles and holiday turkeys surrounding them? Or do they hold this emotion within them, guarded by a concern that the outside world may think differently of them if it were released in a fit of unadulterated delight? I love your work and can’t wait for the next!
