Rowan: Gumball machines now a boom box! Your art class is teaching you history. Boom boxes were such a huge fad starting almost 50 years ago. I love your colorful boom box - very cheery. You've got the knobs, the keys, the speakers and even a tape! Very old school. Love you, Grandma

Rowan: I love this gumball machine! I loved gumballs when I was your age. They were every where -- restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores. Aunt Reges & I always begged for a penny to get a gum ball. The colors of your gum balls are lovely and make the gum balls look delicious! You've made a very attractive picture!

Rowan: Your ants are busy again! Using ladders to get watermelon and carry it away! This picture reminds me of the ants with snacks you did last year. It's on our mantel. Love you! Grandma
