Oh, Alice, We like your hamster. Neither of us has had an art class, but reading your comments about creating it, certainly opens our eyes to your talent and the difficulty in creating this sweet hamster. Only two colors? I feel I can see lots of shading, and that makes the little guy real. I'm amazed you can create and draw with realistic detail. I admire you and your artistic talent. Grandpa finds your artworks and tells me you have a new creation, which is a happy time for us to peruse. I, in clicking around, have found two other artworks that I've not seen before. One is your bobble head, and I must go back and enlarge those two. I hope I can still comment on each when going back. I know I will appreciate it because the only bobble heads we have around here are PaPa Larry's baseball players. Honestly, Alice, Papa's all look alike to me except for the numbers on each uniform. AI must create them, and in my opinion, a true artist needs to create them. Perhaps a true artist would be way too expensive. Those who collect the baseball bobble heads seem to think they are quite valuable and appear to be happy to pay for the status quo. Papa keeps the ones that have been given to him, but he agrees with me that they all look alike, no creativity there. Great job on the Hampster, Alice!

A special surprise to find your new artwork this morning; it made Gaga's coffee taste even better! We love reading your honest comments about each project displayed in your museum. We are always happy to read that you like this project. So do we! Papa said , "It sure doesn't look like it's made of clay." Gaga agrees since she thinks it looks as if it is made of leather or suede. It will be cool hanging and special to be able to place important items in it. Not sure how you were able to make the top fold over without collapsing onto the front of the envelope, leaving the pocket open, but you did it girl! Great job! We are wondering how big it is and how much it weighs. Great job, Alice.

Alice, thank you for allowing us into your gallery. I have always been crazy about charcoal sketching. In the category of creepy, this is a winner. We are both thrilled with your talent. You did great! We can't say it enough: we are proud of you, girl.

I am amazed at how real this piece looks. If I hadn't been told that it was a piece of art I probably would have taken a big bite out of the wrap! You are an incredibly talented artist, Alice!

Alice, we love perusing your art Gallery. Papa and I have looked numerous times, but remembered tonight we can write you a response. We love how each piece uniquely shows your growing talent. We wonder which piece was most difficult to create? I'm thinking it might be the fluted vase. It is perfectly shaped. The coffee cups look difficult to shape. We have enjoyed seeing your creative projects. You were one year old when you, sitting on your mother's lap created an art project. It was the first we witnessed when visiting at your home in O'Fallon, MO. This was an almost daily occurrence. We are proud of you and your varied art talents, No wonder your Christmas gingerbread houses are so beautiful and technical--always works of art. Keep posting your pottery creations, please. Our love, Papa and Gaga
