You do very nice work. I like that boot probably because veterans boots get really dirty in the combat field. Your Great Grandpa Dunn was an Army Veteran and served as a medic in the Korean War. You even have distant ancestors that lost their lives in the Viet Nam War. I guess we should talk about them more. They made great sacrifices for us.

Hi love bug! So, your Great Grandfathers (Mack and Jim) both served in the military. So did your Great Grandma Grace - she was a nurse, which is how she me GG Mack! Uncle Ken also served in the National Guard, And one of our close family friends - and your Dad’s namesake - was on a ship in Pearl Harbor. Lots of military history I’m happy to share. Great use of your imagination in this piece to thinks about what it would look like!
