Oh, very nice, very well laid out, and deliciously enigmatic. And such great perspective! (Meme will love this. She used to try to teach me perspective but I wasn't very good at it!)

It looks like a carpet of dominoes! Or, many many eyes. :D

Wow! So much going on here, created with such wonderful simplicity: the spooky, brooding tree, where you can feel the menace so much more because of the calm sunset colors behind. Formidable, with both the English and French meanings. :)

The colors are so vivid, and the lighting rich and realistic; great work, Ian!

The way you get the light to shimmer off it, and how you adjust the white and the colors to suggest the rounded shape is really impressive. :) Beware, I may eat it.

Woah a little bit of Escher! :) (Ask your dad to look him up for you if you haven't seen his art yet.)

Oh, wow, the balls almost give the effect of drops of water or glass globes, magnifying the pattern underneath! Fabulous. :D

This looks like something mysterious from The Hobbit. :)

Your cousin H. loves to paint and draw Mandala-type things like this. She would love this. Maybe Dad can help you send her a pic? :)

Such a carefully thought-out combination of shapes, colors and motion. :) :)

Really beautiful. It looks like it's growing in motion!

Beautiful! It looks like a "mandala" or kaleidoscope. I love the shapes and the color gradient!

I love looking and looking still more, at all the details of form, designs, and color. What a pleasure--a wonderful piece, Ian!
