This artwork is quite lovely! It looks like stain glass. It was very interesting on how you produced this piece of art.

Very interesting process on this lesson. Taking into account how the color of the subject affects the eyes with a contrasting background was quite an observation. There are professionals who write text who don't understand that. Well done.

As someone who often struggles with this art style, my favorite aspect is reading about your approach to the project. I appreciate your sound logic and reasoning, especially the color justification. Thank you for sharing!

Great job, Lyla! I love how much detail you put into this. How can I get a copy of this photo?

Great job, Lyla! The perspective nicely captures the room, view of the backyard, and canyon. It feels warm and inviting, which is exactly what it feels like in real life. Well done!

Very good prospective. Shading is nice as well. The prospective of the patio bricks & livingroom furnature must have been a challenge. Overall a good work.

Lyla, I enjoyed how you expressed your love of writing as the basis of your art piece.

Nice use of mixed art media. I agree with Matthew regarding your execution of the sleeve fabric folds. It is not easy to do so. I'm glad it made you happy.

Thank you for sharing your process. ??

Lyla, your explanation about shape, color & emotion with purposeful consideration made me think. I see a few areas to consider: the point punching flat floating/falling objects & the blues flowing into the point.
I like it! ??

I like how detailed the sleeve is and how it shows the wrinkles like it would in real life. I also like how the hand looks like it writing when it’s really not. I like how it’s both simple and detailed at the same time, very cool to look at.

I really like this one. I find it fascinating and am very proud of you. Great job, Lyla!
