This looks like a little creek next to a big plantation home with lots of lily pads floating around. I love the arched bridge. I always wanted something like this myself at the house where you now live. Now, the big blue blob looks like a big blue dog standing on his hind legs holding a lily pad in his right paw and offering it to someone we can't see. He appears to be standing on the bridge with his elbow resting on the bridge rail... but perhaps he's standing in the water. With his left paw, he is motioning for someone to stop! That's my interpretation of your drawing. Am I anywhere close?? Love Granny.

Your Granny rode in one of these little yellow school buses from 1st through 12th grade (1947-1959). It's a wonderful memory for me. Thank you for reminding me of those good days of long ago. I especially remember the stop sign. We had one of those too. Love, Granny.

Now this shows your creative skill, Brynn. I'm reminded of Joseph's coat of many colors in the Bible. Perhaps your multi-colored picture of man's best friend tells us that there are many sides to this special creation... pet, friend, protector, comforter, buddy... what do you think? Love Granny.
