Monet is a favorite artist for Poppa and me. We went to a special Monet exhibit in Chicago years ago and that's where I got my Monet umbrella! It's just like your project shows. Justin, was your class studying Edgar Degas ? That is fantastic! This is wonderful how you have made this picture that shows the style that he used in his paintings of ballet dancers in Paris, France. Those are some of my favorite paintings. I hope you enjoyed studying him. Grandma

The first thing I loved about this picture was the richness of the color choices. As I observed and worked with Justin on his penmanship a week ago there seems to be a big improvement in a short amount of time. He did a terrific job on this project!
