Maddie I love your artwork . Nana usually shows it to me and I will comment to her. Now I realize you do not hear my comments. I will quit using PD as an excuse not to comment. I’m beginning to do some artwork with pastels. Love you,Pop

I really like the way you worked so many words into your design that describes your class. The big yellow tennis ball catches your eye right away.

I love this Maddie. The shading on the jellyfish is great. And your complementary color scheme makes it pop.

I really like the different shaped flowers and particularly like the variation in your leaf shapes. You probably could have used some more darks for contrast, but the overall composition is very pleasing.

The contrast between the opposites is great very dramatic. sometimes it’s hard to decide whether to keep it simple or add to it. Sometimes I will let pieces sit for a week or two before I make changes so I can see them with fresh eyes before I work on them again.

One way to make your buildings bigger would have been to make your ground level line closer to the bottom of the paper.

Your use of different colors on the face is creative. Whoever she is, she looks like a woman who knows her own mind.

Great work Maddie. It reminds me of Picasso’s art.
