This is a very sensitively rendered piece. The watercolor colors remind me of beautiful stained glass and some of the Easter eggs we have dyed over the years. The tree has very expressive limbs and branches and are full of energy. The boldness of the black contrasts well with the background colors. Gnarly, Dude! ??

How fun! I like how the color graduating lines around the name all point towards the name which helps direct the eye towards it. It also demonstrates great line control. The use of various patterns, shapes, color palettes, layers, and shadow work in the letters all are classic comic, graphic arts, and graffiti styles and skills. You'll be able to employee what you have learned with this piece in your future creations. Hope this got a good spot on the fridge!
