Great painting. Full of the drama and beauty of a thunder storm.

Nora's "Stormy Night" captures the colors (dark and foreboding), the sounds (lightning strikes, wind whipping the rain drops sideways into our faces or on the window panes), & even the aroma of burning pine (you have to use your imagination here) as the lightning licks at one of the two dark pines in the lower right hand quadrant. Above all this turmoil the moon struggles to shine through the ominous clouds....reminding us that tomorrow the sun will be shinning.
