Wow, Bridgie! This piece is pretty amazing. I can't believe you can draw faces so, so well. You've got proportion, shading, detail, and even a Nike trademark -- plus gorgeous, thick hair just like a certain brunette granddaughter I know! Well done, kiddo! (Btw, when I was your age, any face I had to draw for art class looked like a zombie or a Halloween witch on a bad day! I could NOT draw faces! Still can't!) Love you!

Hi, Bridgie! I love this piece! You have an eye for design, even on a small scale. My favorite part is the dog on the motorcycle, scarf flying! The little 3-D guy is adorable, too, and the dollar signs cracked me up. Nice work, kiddo! Love you!

Hi, Bridgie! This is one cool piece of art. It plays tricks on my eyes, which is exactly what it's supposed to do. You've done a great job with perspective, and I especially like the colors and the shapes on the ends of each of your "arrows." (When I was in school, I was supposed to draw a deer behind a tree with his front end on one side and his rear end on the other. The poor thing looked like he had a broken back. The two ends didn't match AT ALL! Haha! You're so much better in art than I ever was! Good for you!)

Cool stained glass, Bridgie! I especially love your lizard. (I don't know a lot about lizards, so I'm not sure what this one is called, but I'll bet you know -- and so does Aunt Keri!) No matter, I still love it and kind of wish I could take a small trip to your desert, considering the weather we've been having. Keep up the good work! Love you!

Your "doodle for Google" is so clever, Bridget! I especially like the candy cane stripes and the hats, and the deer in the middle is so cute! It really looks like Christmas (but where are the ducks! Haha!). Great job! Love you!

Don't know how I missed this one either, but I love it. Your color palette is beautiful, and you can't beat those matching Doritos! Good work, Bridgie!

I just saw this jack-o-lantern. Better late than never, right? Love the color changes. I don't know how you do this stuff, but it's very cool!

Very cool passage-of-time video. You tell a fascinating story without using a single word! (And I did notice the zoo. Aunt Keri would be happy!) Nice work, Bridgie! Love you!

Omg! It's Brayden! How did you ever do this? It is SOOOO cool. (Not that your brother would ever tell you to get out of his room! Haha!)

This is really cool, Bridget! I could really get sucked in to doing those activities while I was waiting for my lunch! How fun! Love you!

I do like the shapes you've chosen, Bridgie, but my favorite is the color palette. The colors are all warm and calming, which is just what I need right now (since Emmie). I love this piece, and I love you!

Bridget, this piece is AMAZING! Papa and I both agree on that! It's so spooky, detailed, and well put-together. The bats and ghosts are perfectly placed, the trees look as though they could reach out and grab someone, and the house definitely looks haunted. I know you said the little orange creature is a hamster, but I'd like to think it's a kitty -- specifically, Boo. The color matches her fur, and we rescued her right around Halloween, which is why we named her "Boo"! By the way, I have to disagree with your idea of making the road more curved. I think it's perfect for this scene just the way it is! Awesome job! Proud of you!

I agree with your comment, Bridget. Your colors are beautiful, and you've -- again -- mastered symmetry so well. I don't know a whole lot about graphic design, but whatever you're doing to create your artwork this semester is working! Everything looks amazing! Love you bunches!

I LOVE your dream bedroom, Bridget! It's detailed and beautifully decorated with colors that coordinate so well! And the fact that you included Chloe makes it absolutely perfect. Great work! Keep it up! Much love,

This year or last year? I don't know, but I love it! Colors, shapes and perspective are awesome! (I never could get perspective right when I was in school. I once drew -- or tired to draw -- a deer behind a tree. Poor thing looked like something was broken!) Love,
