Owen, this is very different from anything else you’ve done! Harvest Wagons reminds me of another artist who liked blue. His name is Marc Chagall and you and Papa or Mama should look him up and see his paintings. Love, Ama

Your mug looks warm and inviting. I especially like all the different shades of red and purple in this painting. The contrast with the yellow on the right is very effective. This is one of my favorite paintings of all you have done.

This is a wonderful image of a kitten! I would like to know more about what the kitchen is holding, and what is above the kittens ear.

The movement of the color from left to right and then echoed on the right edge gives the subjects life. The strong black contrast with the bright yellow makes the page sing!

The big parrot’s body uses the “D” shape! I like the resist technique very much. The watercolors give us beautiful blends of different shades of color and your lines show the feathers. Nice work, Owen!

Mr.Paintbrush is a nice way to remember the parts of a paintbrush with a collage. I like it that he has a face; at first, I thought he was a spooky tree!
