Milo, this piece is fantastic. Henri Matisse, an artist of long ago, created works of paper in his later years. Some works are in museums. I’ll pass along some advice from the late artist, Georgia O’Keefe (paraphrased): “It doesn’t matter what you paint. Fill the piece of paper or canvas with color and see what happens!” Of note, O’Keefe’s paintings of flowers and objects floating above desert landscapes are breathtaking. Check ‘em out.
