That ice cream cone looks so tasty & refreshing! Looks like a cherry is balanced on the top of it & there's a colorful sprinkle rainbow. I'm wondering what flavor it could be... Bing cherry vanilla, strawberry cheesecake, raspberry?

Wow, Gabe, what a creative drawing! I know black is your favorite color ( also, red). It reminds me of a kaleidoscope. Remember the one you had when you were 4 years old? You look through the tube & turn the pattern to make patterns. Very symmetrical - I love it!

Gabe, what a wonderful self portrait! Did you also draw that colorful background of flowers? I'm tired of winter weather & am looking forward to flowers.

I was so excited to see this watercolor city scape that you painted. The sky contains so many shades of blue. You are a talented artist, Gabe. I can't wait to see your next art project.

Your polar bear is so brightly colored in these dull winter months we face now! I wonder what's in the gift box? Is he the sender or the receiver? If I were the bear , I'd hope for salmon. If the bear was giving the gift, maybe he caught some salmon to share. A care bear, for sure!

I didn't know that Keith Haring is the artist that creates those very familiar people shapes- I had to Google his name to see examples. I love the figure you made! This is what you were waiting for in art that was the surprise. It was worth the wait - great color & shape! Kudos!

I love this great pumpkin, Gabe! I'd love to know how you created it. It reminds me of a wood carving. I'm glad you got to bring it home to be part of your fall decorations.

Gabe, I love the opposition in this creation! It almost gives the skull an optical illusion - one eye looks bigger than the other, but I think they are actually the same size. Keep up the great work!

Gabe, your fish is terrific! It looks very satisfied swimming in the blue sea. I like the details you used - the scales on its skin & the fins to help steer it through the water. Oh, the places it will go!

Wow! You certainly used a bit of camouflage with this creation! Did you use clay? Is he friendly or scary? I bet you had a good time doing this in art class. You are a talented artist, Gabe!

What an amazing sunflower you have painted, Gabe! I love all the bright colors & the details in the seeds & petals. You are such a talented artist. I'm so happy when I receive a new piece of art you have created. Bill loves the pictures, too.

I have enjoyed looking at this painting many times because your mom hung it up in the kitchen. The watercolors are so vibrant!

I'm familiar this one because your mom has it hanging in the kitchen. I see you used two of your favorite colors - red & black.

This jellyfish reminds me of the one that stung me when I used to go to Prince Edward Island with my parents on vacation.
