Loved the sunflowers! Learning about famous artists is wonderful. The full view of the sunflower was achieved as well as the side view.

Nice kitty! Texture on the cat is seen and the shapes of front and back legs look like a real cat sitting. Nice eyes and other facial features! Glad Emma learned to do cursive " Sam". She demonstrated this cursive writing when she visited us by writing different family names.

This assignment helps student with depth perception and using textures. The mixing of colors for shades and tints are also seen in this picture. Keep up the good work, Emma!

Wonderful! Great study of Andy Warhol and his cats. This looks like our cat, Oliver. Nice job with the water coloring.

The tints used in the various lady bugs are attractive on the solid background. Repetition is seen in placement of bugs and in their black markings.

Emma's work is focusing on vibrant colors used in nature's creature. The color wheel shell is very eye catching.

We love the water liles you did Emma! It's great you learned how to make tints and shades for the art piece. I now have a small collection of your art pieces to frame for my studio. I'm glad you are learning about different artists and styles of painting. Mimi
