Lachlan, I love the texture of the snow flakes and the piled-up snow. It looks ight and fluffy ( my favorite kind). I also like the owl's eyes. You can see reflections of the fluffy snowflakes in them, and the eyes are also rimmed in the same bright yellow color as the stars. It's an effective accent to make the viewer look. I wonder: Are the yellow rims eyewear, or natural coloring?
