Wow! I love this picture! The footprints in the snow are a nice touch, and I just love everything about it - the bright, expansive rays of sun, the shadows and contours. I would like to have been the one to walk through this scene leaving those footprints.

First of all, I love owls, so I love this guy, especially his big blue eyes. He also looks a little bit like Yoda! Second, I like how you used different colors to create the textures on both the owl and the tree. Third, the cutout technique for making a real, 3D hollow is pretty neat.
