Evan, I liked the creativity you used for this picture. You didn't just use blue and gray to represent the rain, you added color to your creature as well, which I hope always reminds you there is something bright, even in the rain.

Evan, I love the interpretation you did here of The Great Wave of Kanagawa. You blended the colors so beautifully. I like the addition of Japanese letters too!

Evan, I love your blending of watercolor colors here! You have also done a great job of balancing warm colors for the sun and sky with the cool colors for the ocean waves. I can really feel the movement of the waves tossing back and forth. Keep up the great work! Love, Mom XOXO

Evan, this is a creative creature and interesting shape. He seems to be very sad and floating through a stormy day. Were you representing sadness here? This is a good visual reminder that we all have rough days sometimes and it's okay to cry if we feel sad. I hope to always be there for you on those days! XOXO Mom

Wow, Evan! Another pretty and colorful flower drawing! I love all the different flowers you have drawn and their pretty watercolor background. It reminds me a little of your Claude Monet water lilies, but this time with all kinds of flowers. Great job! Love, Mom XOXO

Evan, what a beautiful version of Monet's water lilies! I love all the colorful flowers and the way you used different watercolors for the background. The cattails seem to be bowing in honor of your lovely flower garden. Love, Mom XOXO :)

Evan, what a cute little pig! I love his ears as they look pinker than his body. It looks like you gave him a few pancakes. His little face is as big as a pancake! He probably got full of all those pancakes and is on a walk on a nice sunny day to walk off what he ate. Great job! Love, Mimi

Hi Evan! Great job exploring line work and folding paper for your "race track" sculpture. It looks like it would be fun to zoom around and do all the loop-de-loops you created in your track design. I love you! Love, Mom
