This is a wonderful self-portrait, Juniper. I like the expression because it's hard to know what she is thinking. I would suggest leaving more white in the cheeks area to give them a truer form. Beautiful detail in hair texture. Overall this is a very expressive portrait. Well done!

Those elegantly positioned hands finely drawn, Juni. Very realistically proportioned too. I love the shading and how you created the white hi-lights to show form and depth. You have natural talent to continue to pursue. I can imagine even greater progress if you draw in your sketchbook each week.
