I really love the trees and the use of color in this artwork. The tree looks pink/purple, looking kind of like a cherry blossom tree to me.

At first it looked like a pencilled smudge in the page, then I moved back and slowly threw image of an underwater world came into view. The trees I see under the water look so strong; I could swim around them for hours. The lights of the sun and moon make me want to swim to the surface and float on my back. The water looks dark but safe, cool but not too cold. The artist put allot of detail in this work and I love it.

This piece is so impressive. The pattern of the stitches looks like a path that I’d like to walk. It goes around and around but also in straight lines. This piece looks like it was fun to create!

I see a person who is at peace. She is full of peace and looks restful. I wonder what she may be thinking. Although her eyes are closed, she seems like she is thinking. Maybe she is thinking about Christmas. May she is thinking about a phone. Maybe she is thinking about ROBLOX!!! Whatever it is, she is certainly calm about it. I think Angel has a wonderful way of showing expression and emotions in her art. I love her art. It makes me happy.

I can learn how Angel sees her skin tone. I can learn about Layla’s joy and honesty in this portrait. Her choice of background colors is so calming. The hair texture makes me want to touch her ponytail- the details look so real. What a great job. This is a picture of a girl I’d like to know.
