Another great drawing. I like how you still managed to get 'Star Wars' in there somehow.

The depth of the bricks in the bottom left corner is fantastic. Such a creative use of legos to imitate ‘The Starry Night’ by Vincent van Gogh. The inclusion of lego mini figures is such a creative addition. The hand and the sun truly sell the composition wonderfully.

I see a VFW art contest in your future…

This piece of art work tells such a compelling story from the boarded up houses to the man drowning in the river. The perspective on the title words matches with the road very well. The clouds really drove home the ‘Lego city’ effect. Bravo.

I love the way you cleanly overlapped the various colors of oil pastels and the colors you chose complement each other well.

I like the blue shading also.

I love that the snowman’s hat is your hat. I also really like how you drew the perspective of the snowman. The blue shading on the snowman was a very nice choice and it was done very well, so then the viewer could see the spherical form of the snowman.

I really love the detailed expressions of each snowman. They truly tell the story.

I like the snowman on the path to the house. I also like the depth perception of the houses further in the woods.

I agree with Mallory

This is a wonderful work of art, the color of the sky compliments the green while still creating the illusion of night.

I love the that the left corn is more saturated bolder colors and the right corn is more neutral earth tones. It really creates a contrast between the two, even with the more yellow toned green on the right and the spring green on the left. You aligned the corn kernels so well that you can see the edge of the corn without drawing an edge. The pencil lines on the corn stalks creates good dimension and depth to the colors.
